Day 213 Readings
Bible Study Together:
Numbers 31:1-24
John 6:60-71
61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples [n]complained about this, He said to them, “Does this [o]offend you? 62 What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him. 65 And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.”
365 Daily Kingdom Living:
2 Chronicles 30
8 Now do not be stiff-necked,[c] as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the Lord; and enter His sanctuary, which He has sanctified forever, and serve the Lord your God, that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you. 9 For if you return to the Lord, your brethren and your children will be treated with compassion by those who lead them captive, so that they may come back to this land; for the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn His face from you if you return to Him.”
11 Nevertheless some from Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem. 12 Also the hand of God was on Judah to give them singleness of heart to obey the command of the king and the leaders, at the word of the Lord.
18 For a multitude of the people, many from Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet they ate the Passover contrary to what was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, “May the good Lord provide atonement for everyone 19 who prepares his heart to seek God, the Lord God of his fathers, though he is not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary.” 20 And the Lord listened to Hezekiah and healed the people.
2 Chronicles 31
20 Thus Hezekiah did throughout all Judah, and he did what was good and right and true before the Lord his God. 21 And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, in the law and in the commandment, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart. So he prospered.
Romans 15
1 We then who are strong ought to bear with the [a]scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to [b]edification. 3 For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me.” 4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the [c]patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. 5 Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, 6 that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
12 And again, Isaiah says:
“There shall be a root of Jesse; And He who shall rise to reign over the Gentiles,In Him the Gentiles shall hope.”
Psalm 25
A Plea for Deliverance and Forgiveness
A Psalm of David.
25 To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul.2 O my God, I trust in You;Let me not be ashamed;Let not my enemies triumph over me.3 Indeed, let no one who [a]waits on You be ashamed;Let those be ashamed who deal treacherously without cause.
4 Show me Your ways, O Lord;Teach me Your paths.5 Lead me in Your truth and teach me,For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.
6 Remember, O Lord, Your tender mercies and Your lovingkindnesses,For they are from of old.7 Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions;According to Your mercy remember me,For Your goodness’ sake, O Lord.
8 Good and upright is the Lord; Therefore He teaches sinners in the way.9 The humble He guides in justice,And the humble He teaches His way.10 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth,To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.11 For Your name’s sake, O Lord,Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
12 Who is the man that fears the Lord?Him shall [b]He teach in the way He chooses.13 He himself shall dwell in [c]prosperity,And his descendants shall inherit the earth.14 The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him,And He will show them His covenant.15 My eyes are ever toward the Lord,For He shall [d]pluck my feet out of the net.
Proverbs 20:13-15
13 Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty;Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread.
14 “It is [c]good for nothing,” cries the buyer; But when he has gone his way, then he boasts.
15 There is gold and a multitude of rubies,But the lips of knowledge are a precious jewel.
Dear AVI,
HOLY are YOU O GOD Almighty and YOU are coming for us YOUR Bride but O LORD, we are not yet pure and white!!! Have mercy on us O LORD YOUR Church, help us to live in the center of YOUR Will. O GOD, have mercy O GOD, help me to understand my role in this world and to continue in obedience to YOUR Will. I want to live in the purpose that YOU have created me to be. I want to be happy and to be full of joy but YOUR enemies they keep attacking me and my frail mind, day after day. Be a shield O GOD, a wall of fire around me as YOU were before. Do not let YOUR enemies triumph over me, I am YOUR daughter YOUR Bride, YOU have made me more than a conqueror but this evil world seeks to destroy YOUR children. Please O GOD, have mercy on me. Have mercy O GOD and take care of me. Help me to love but I am broken down with many issues. I should not even worry about them but continue to trust in YOU. Help me AVI to keep trusting YOU to deliver me from all the sadness and pain and heal me and make me whole once again. I carry in my prayers Jay and Pauline, these two that have been a burden in my heart. Please O LORD, heal them and deal with their enemies. O LORD, we are all under attack, please GOD have YOUR way in us. Always the enemy is after the purity of my heart, please O LORD, YOU alone can make me pure and HOLY before YOU. Please O LORD, have mercy on us. Please O LORD, take away all my worries and concerns.... take away my need for a husband so that I don't have to be weak anymore. I want to be strong! O GOD this heart of mine is the thing that keeps making me fall. Guard my heart O GOD, guard it because it is deceitful and it betrays me. So help me FATHER to be strong just like Hadassah that loves YOU more than her own life. Thank YOU for the Filipino Hadassah who just prayed for me today please bless her and Ate Jamellah and Josh to continue in their faith journey with YOU. May I journey for a time to be with YOU O GOD.
