Shalom! My name is Marie Christine, and I have had constipation ever since I was in high school and I also have chicken skin, you know those little bumps on my arms like a chicken's skin when it is plucked. But that is not my worst problem, I realized I have stomach/digestive/colon issues because I remember not popping for 3-5 days and I thought that it was normal but only then I realized that I was the only one popping like this in my family because they poop everyday. I always had constipation but try to eat as much fiber to lessen the days of non bowel movement and it has been a difficult journey.
I tried everything! Namely: 1) Drinking Senna tea or laxatives - It works but it wasn't healthy since your body would depend on it all the time for you to move, and if your body is dependent on anything to function then it's not good. 2) Doing the Parasite removal detox cleansing program called ClearStart by Unicity, yes it did work but after a while my body gets used to it and I don't move everyday as I want to. 3a) Eating a lot of Papaya - sometimes it works but when your body gets used to it, it doesn't work anymore. 3b) Eating Green Apples - it's a natural cleanser but it doesn't make me poop everyday. 4) Juicing Papaya and Green Apples and drinking them mixed - my body gets used to it after a while. 5) Drinking 1 Tablespoon VCO and it does work but it gives me a weird feeling after I drink the VCO as is. 6) Drinking lots and lots of water first thing when I wake up, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. 7) Exercising the day before and drinking lots of water first thing when I wake up, it works but there are times that even when I exercise it still won't give me the stability of moving everyday. 8) Oatmeal or Flaxseeds didn't work for me in fact it gave me more constipation and bloating. 9) Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda = It does work! and it relieves you of bloating and water retention but I didn't want to use this trick everyday, maybe once a week is okay and I was looking for something more natural than baking soda. 10) Finally my research has found it's answers when one day I was tried out a new unfamiliar drink called Kefir "brew for a healthy gut". When I drank it, I coudn't take in so much because it felt acidic and it tasted like beer but it did arose my curiousity. When I was able to drink a lot of it, right away I felt the positive effect of this tonic because I moved that very night 2 hours after I drank it. I've never heard of this new "thing" before so I did my research on the net and concluded finally: KEFIR was the best solution I could find to finally cure myself of my health moving popping problem ever since I was young. It was a probiotic and a powerful one. The commercial probiotic I bought like Yacult or yoghurt just wouldn't work for me. I needed a stronger probiotic. I did try the commercial lactobacillus before but it didn't work for me as well. Finally I was able to get Water Kefir grains and started my own fermentation. First day I drank only a little because it was something my body was still very new with. I drank it in the afternoon and that very night, I pooped 3x! and the next morning I pooped twice without even drinking a lot of water to push the waste out!
