It was January 2018 that after I came home from Bacolod, that I was still a jobless girl because I never do anything unless the LORD tells me to move. I remember just doing ministry work, going to Uncle Henry's house and Sape to do the work of the LORD with Pastor Artemio. But come September 2018, the new civil year of the Biblical Calendar that I celebrated that Feasts of Trumpets of GOD by just looking out what GOD may be doing in the Spiritual realm. And it was time for Yom Kippur, the LORD had led me to fast with the jews but this time I fasted 1 day before the Jews fasted. First day - water only, Second day - no water at all, third day - water only. I never felt so much pain all over my body, I've been crying out to the LORD because I heard that our employees in Marides Warehouse has been rebelling against our Company. I felt the burden of my parents and I cried out to the FATHER to send us a deliverer who would solve all our family's problem for us. After my fast, I never expected that Adonai YESHUA would bring me to the front lines of the biggest Battle my family ever fought, I found myself face to face with the rebellious employees in our Company. I didn't know what to do, I just went there because HIS Spirit carried me there and wherever HE goes I go. I go!!! I can't ever live without His Spirit hovering over Me.

The people were rebelling because of the rebel groups or lefties (Communist rebel group) in our Country that have infiltrated the Companies in Mandaue, they needed money to survive, the only way for them to do so is to influence frustrated employees to sue their employees.There was also a snake employee that my Mom had trusted for many years who started this rebellion to bring the Company down. Her name was Ludimar, she was our tax relations officer, she ran away with our tax money for BIR and left the company after she learned that BIR had sued my mother because she purposely did everything to bring her down. I had to face all these issues because GOD said I would, I didn't know what to do, all I know is that I am a Child of GOD and I follow HIM and so if HE leads me straight to the fiery flames of trials, why should I even complain??? When I obeyed the Adonai, I received a Promise in HIS Word in Isaiah 43 and I held on to it, read it below:
After receiving this Powerful Words, I let GOD take over me and I just depended on the LORD to instruct me with every single move I had to make in order for us to win the Battles. Our employees sued my Mom thru Labor Law, I was also sued by one employee claiming he was dismissed illegally. I worked so hard under pressure during that time, I was under pressure but always under the grace of Adonai. In the middle of such great battles, GOD would refresh my Spirit through the teachings of ONE NEW MAN Pastor Reuven Doron from Zion, when he came to a JESUS Reigns event on March 18, 2019 and what taught about Isaiah the Prophet being sent because Isaiah was willing. This teaching spoke great volumes to my Spirit that indeed, GOD had sent me in the front lines of a Battle just because I was willing to be used by HIM. The WORD he preached truly spoke to every fiber of my being in the JESUS Reigns event so I am so thankful to JESUS Reigns for bringing him to Cebu and that they really believe in the ONE NEW MAN, for this project of becoming ONE NEW MAN is GOD's Sovereign plan for both Hebrew and Gentiles. They are ONE in the Messiah YESHUA, My KING!!!
So that's why I entitled this Story of my Life: Hineni
Heneni, because these were my very response to GOD when I took up HIS call to fast with the Jews on Yom Kippur 5779 and what resulted in that dry fast was that HE sent me to help my family solve the Family Business Crisis. I heeded every instruction of GOD including pursuing a lawsuit against employees of ours who were caught stealing from the very goods they were entrusted to deliver. I had to go back and forth to the law office, police office during this time because there was a lot of paper work to be done.
There was many causes to how this problem blew out of proprotions:
1) Wrong business applications or decisions taken by the employers or higher management of the Company specifically:
a) Non compliance to Governing Laws regarding Labor.
b) Trusting one man to do a most important task involving money.
c) No audit - checks and balances were not applied
d) Me - If only I had entered the family business as CHRO earlier, these things would not have happened, because I would have prevented it but I was selfish, I didn't want to help the family business, I wanted to live my own life.
2) The Lefties of the Philippines - Labor Union Groups called KMU and ALO had been influencing the employees of big companies in Mandaue City, Cebu to start a rebellion against their employers because this is the only way they can make money. They need to find employees who will rebel against their employers that are doing wrong. Our Supplier Company Liwayway Marketing Corporation had a huge loss in the business because of the damage that these rebel groups were able to do. They had to stop operation for 6 months and even until today, they could not control their employees who now had an upper hand in the court jurisdiction that they filed against their Company - LMC.
3) There was one evil employee of ours named "Ludimar" who started all this Rebellion, she was the Tax Relations Officer we trusted her to remit tax payments to the government, remit employee government benefits to respected government offices, but she had been using employee government money for her family and she stole the tax money for the BIR before she resigned on September 2018. I was determined to put her behind bars because she was the biggest fraud and mastermind who started the rebellion in the employees of our company. But I couldn't give her a proper lawsuit because of lack of documentary evidence. Mom couldn't find the necessary documents that would prove her evil works. The more I tried to seek justice with her, the more I felt hindered, until GOD showed me a vision of her sick in her death bed. GOD was telling me through this vision "It's okay my daughter, in this case, vengeance is MINE". So I surrendered and stopped trying to sue her. GOD's vegeance is more brutal than mans justice anyway. Together with all the people GOD sent my way to help me, we successfully cleared the company of bad employees or rotten apples that needed to be dismissed and GOD gave us new better trustworthy employees.
4) Employee and Employer relationship was compromised because of the rebel groups influence. I had to build a bridge between the employer (The Top Management) and the employees. The other employees were losing trust in the top management of the Company so I had to talk to most of them, hear their complaints, some of them I had them go through counseling sessions with the Company Counselor instead of suspending those who are breaking company rules. I also had to win back employees trust because it was a very difficult situation where two sides don't trust one another anymore. I had to speak to supervisors, and to the TOP Management, make adjustments and solutions so that two sides can agree in the middle.
Finally, after a little after one year, during my days of Awe on January 2020, we were able to win the cases that was held against us in DOLE. The person who sued me directly was dismissed immediatelly and even when he appealed a second time, it was dismissed again because I did the right thing. He was not deserving to work for us anymore, I just needed to make the proper documents to record his wrongs but the other case against my Mom, it wasn't won like it was with mine but eventually it was won through the help of our Labor Layers Att. Hazel Helmuth and her Allies. The case with BIR we had to pay penalties for delayed payments and their penalties was 7x more than the original price they were asking of us. So we just paid, what to do? Mom also had some erros operating the financial side of the Company because she also didn't know better (we all learn from mistakes). So we learned never to put our confidence in Human or trust man nor be dependent of the systematic ways of justifying our means to do what we please when it's in disobediance to the WORD of GOD, then we will have to suffer the consequences!
The LORD asked me to write about this part of my life from September 18-20, 2020 when I started to fast with the jews but mine was 3 days instead of 1 day and it started on September 18 with just water on the first day, on the second day a complete fast without liquid on Yom Kippur and lastly water only fast on the 3rd day of September 20, 2020. On 29 September 2020, I was already in the Office of Marides Warehouse calling a meeting to all those who demanded to have a meeting with my mother. I just followed the LORD step by step, day by day, every instruction HE would tell me I would execute even though it didn't make sense but everything HE ever instructed me was critical and detrimental to be executed for the successful project of cleaning out all the rebels from the Company.

Glory to the LORD GOD Almighty who has indeed trained my hands for war and gave me a sure Victory!!!
