Day 244 Readings
Torah: Ki Tavo, 6th Portion Devarim (Deuteronomy) 28:7-69
Deuteronomy 28
12 The Lord will open to you His good [b]treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13 And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you [c]heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. 14 So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
Curses on Disobedience
15 “But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:
16 “Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country.
Bible Study Together:
Deuteronomy 14:1-21
1 “You are the children of the Lord your God; you shall not cut yourselves nor [a]shave the front of your head for the dead. 2 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.
Deuteronomy 16:1-8
1 “Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to the Lord your God, for in the month of Abib the Lord your God brought you out of Egypt by night. 2 Therefore you shall sacrifice the Passover to the Lord your God, from the flock and the herd, in the place where the Lord chooses to put His name.
Romans 14:1-23
1 Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. 2 For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. 3 Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. 4 Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.

Scripture
Job 40
1 Then the Lord said to Job,
2 “Will the faultfinder contend with the Almighty?Let him who rebukes God [a]give an answer.”
3 Then Job answered the Lord and said,
4 “Behold, I am insignificant; what can I say in response to You?I put my hand on my mouth.5 I have spoken once, and I will not reply;Or twice, and I will add nothing more.”
God’s Power Shown in Creatures
15 “Behold, [f]Behemoth, which I made [g]as well as you;He eats grass like an ox.16 Behold, his strength in his waist,And his power in the muscles of his belly.
22 The lotus plants cover him with[j]shade; The willows of the brook surround him.
23 If a river[k]rages, he is not alarmed; He is confident, though theJordan rushes to his mouth.
24 Can anyone capture him[l]when he is on watch, Can anyone piercehisnose with barbs?
Job 41
1 “[a]Can you drag out [b]Leviathan with a fishhook, And press down his tongue with a rope?
2 Can you put a [c]rope in his nose, And pierce his jaw with a [d]hook?
9 [g]Behold,[h]your expectation is false; Will[i]you be hurled down even at the sight of him?
10 No one is so reckless that he dares tostir him; Who then is he who opposes Me?
11 Who has been first to give to Me, that I should repay him? Whatever is under the entire heaven is Mine.
32 Behind him he illuminates a pathway; One would think the deep to be gray-haired.
33 Nothing on [r]earth is like him, One made without fear.
34 [s]He looks on everything that is high; He is king over all thesons of pride.”
Job 42
1 Then Job answered the Lord and said,
2 “I know that You can do all things,And that no plan is impossible for You.3 ‘Who is this who conceals advice without knowledge?’Therefore I have declared that which I did not understand,Things too wonderful for me, which I do not know.4 ‘Please listen, and I will speak;I will ask You, and You instruct me.’5 I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear;But now my eye sees You;6 Therefore I retract,And I repent, sitting on dust and ashes.”
God Restores Job’s Fortunes
10 The Lord also restored the fortunes of Job when he prayed for his friends, and the Lord increased double all that Job had.
11 Then all his brothers, all his sisters, and all who had known him before came to him, and they ate bread with him in his house; and they sympathized with him and comforted him for all the adversities that the Lord had brought on him. And each one gave him a [c]piece of money, and each a ring of gold. 12 The Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; and he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand female donkeys. 13 He also had seven sons and three daughters. 14 He named the first Jemimah, the second Keziah, and the third Keren-happuch. 15 In all the land no women were found as beautiful as Job’s daughters; and their father gave them inheritances among their brothers. 16 After this, Job lived 140 years, and saw his sons and his grandsons, four generations. 17 And Job died, an old man and full of days.
2 Corinthians 5:11-21
16 Therefore from now on we recognize no one [a]by the flesh; even though we have known Christ by the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer. 17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, this person is a new [b]creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 18 Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their wrongdoings against them, and [c]He has [d]committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Dear Yosef,
How are you? It has been a long time since I have written to you because of all the struggles that I have been through with my life in the family and the business. I was drenched in problems but the one that hurt me the most was my family against me being a watchman. From that time on, I knew this home is no longer fit for me to live and stay. I cannot soar higher if I stay here longer that's why on May since they hurt me, I have been wanting to go abroad and leave this home for good, but how can I leave my dogs??? Nobody else can take care of them but me and I am so thankful to JESUS for giving me Noli who loves and takes care of my dogs too but he cannot bring them to the hospital if they are sick. Who else will bring them to the hospital if they are sick? Can I count on my siblings??? All they care about is their lives. And ever since I have been hurt by my family, I started to worry and fear so much I was anxious!!! I have never been so anxious n my life before... I worried so much about my life that I felt GOD could no longer take care of me, I became paralyzed and with fear and hysterical that I kept crying and crying... because I did not feel my family loved me... I felt I have to tend for myself and take care of me because they cannot take care of me. I realized today that Nobody can take care of me except GOD alone. HE has always taken care of me except this months when HE allowed me to face such pain with my family. I felt something inside me has died with them and I have been feeling so broken. But I am waiting on GOD to raise me up again into a new that HE is always molding us to be. Today is my 3rd day of fast and even though I have a runny nose because I am detoxifiying from all the bad in my body, my mind is in a better state, clearer and no longer afraid. I give my Praises to GOD, thank YOU FATHER for healing me of the mental illness that I have been suffering from. If not for GOD where would I be??? I know that I am nothing, dush and ashes.
Take care and I pray for your loved ones to be saved.
Dear AVI,
Baruk Ata Adonai, Melek Ha Olam!!! O GOD My GOD, YOU are the HOLY ONE of Israel and there is NO ONE like YOU. It's been a very hard fast for me O GOD, because I was out working, I was in the noon day sun, I was drained by the pressures of work and stresss. For 2 days it been one of the most pressing moments of my life, but YOU have made me to overcome and in my 3rd day today I feel YOUR Victory arising from within me. I feel like I want to cry more to YOU but yesterday at the Office I felt YOU Stopped me from going in too much. I wanted to shout and wail because I could not take everything going on around me. If YOU still want me to do cry out to YOU O GOD, I will do so... I realized that my life will always be full of crying out, I do not know when YOU will make me past the test but I praise YOU because YOUR WORD has spoken to My Spirit that I shall stand! Even though I am dush and ashes YOU are able to make me stand. Not because I am strong, when in fact I am weak... very weak O GOD and I cling to the earth in repentance to YOU. Forgive me if I have been expecting the wrong thing so let me expect the right ones O GOD, do not leave me all to myself being deceived by my wrong imaginations again. Do not allow me to fail anymore O GOD. I give YOU all my pain O GOD, please heal me and restore me now. LORD, I don't want know what YOU want me to do today but lead me LORD and make me be sure of what YOU want me to do because lately I am so unsure of myself. I am so unsure of many things... Just sure about one thing and that is YOUR coming, O GOD come back soon! Maranatha!
Ba HaShem YESHUA Ha Mashiach, Amen!
Psalms 45
A Song Celebrating the King’s Marriage.
For the music director; according to the [a]Shoshannim. A [b]Maskil of the sons of Korah. A Song of Love.
45 My heart is moved with a good theme;I [c]address my [d]verses to the [e]King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.2 You are the most handsome of the sons of mankind;Grace is poured [f]upon Your lips; Therefore God has blessed You forever.
3 Strap Your sword on Your thigh, [g]Mighty One,In Your splendor and majesty!4 And in Your majesty ride on victoriously,For the cause of truth, humility, and righteousness;Let Your right hand teach You [h]awesome things.5 Your arrows are sharp; The peoples fall under You;Your arrows are in the heart of the King’s enemies.
6 Your throne, God, is forever and ever; The scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of justice.7 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed YouWith the oil of joy above Your companions.8 All Your garments are fragrant with myrrh, aloes, and cassia; From ivory palaces stringed instruments have made You joyful.9 Kings’ daughters are among Your noble women; At Your right hand stands the queen in gold from Ophir.
10 Listen, daughter, look and incline your ear:Forget your people and your father’s house;11 Then the King will crave your beauty.Because He is your Lord, bow down to Him.12 The daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; The wealthy among the people will seek your favor.
13 The King’s daughter is all glorious within; Her clothing is interwoven with gold.14 She will be brought to the King in colorful garments; The virgins, her companions who follow her,Will be brought to You.15 They will be brought with joy and rejoicing; They will enter into the King’s palace.
16 In place of your fathers will be your sons; You shall make them princes in all the earth.17 I will make Your name known among all generations; Therefore the peoples will praise You forever and ever.
Proverbs 22:14
14 The mouth of [a]an adulteress is a deep pit; He who is cursed of the Lord will fall [b]into it.
